Mxly Mail connects to the email account you already have.

For help, email support@realgar.ch. Include the app version, iOS version, device model and steps that reproduce the problem. Do not send your password or private email contents.

Signing in

Use your provider's IMAP and SMTP server settings. Some providers require an app-specific password. Google and Microsoft sign-in are unavailable until provider registration and acceptance testing are complete.

Notifications

Mail updates arrive while the app is connected. iOS controls background refresh, which can be delayed or unavailable. Notifications while the app is force-quit are not guaranteed.

Sending and Outbox

A message in Outbox has not necessarily been delivered. If delivery needs review, check Sent and contact the recipient before retrying; retrying can create duplicates. Send Later depends on iOS allowing the app to run and can occur after the requested time.

OpenPGP

OpenPGP encryption and signing are not supported in the first release. Read existing OpenPGP-encrypted mail in an app that supports it; signatures in Mxly Mail are not verified.

Privacy

Remote images and on-device Intelligence are off by default. Read the privacy policy for storage, permissions and server discovery.
